One of our clients, Levitch Associates, Inc. is featured in the December East Bay AIA ARCHNews. The article describes the challenges of a residential remodeling project in East Bay city of Albany. The article includes several photos we captured of the project including the kitchen and bath. We’ve photographed over three dozen projects for Levitch in the past three years, with projects ranging from residential remodels to salon and restaurant remodels. The Levitch website features much of our work. We’ll be photographing more work for Levitch in 2019.
The Sunday edition of the San Francisco Chronicle for Sunday October 11 has a story about a house we photographed for the architectural firm of Studio Bergraun. This house has been in the news several times, having been on the AIA East Bay home tour a couple of months ago. We’re always happy to see our photos working hard to create visibility for our clients.
The morning found us at an newly constructed house in Tiburon with a spectacular view. We were there capturing photos on behalf of the Landscape Architecture firm Studio Green. Here’s the first shot of the morning, captured as an HDR image. This project was also featured recently on SF Gate and you can also see more about the project at the realtor”s listing . We may be returning to capture a few more images with different lighting.
We photographed this project for architect Steve Swearengen with The Architects Office.  The homeowner wanted an addition and Steve designed an addition to fit under the driveway, the part of the house that shows just to the right of the main house. With all the glass and the north facing facade we decided this would photograph best at dusk.
The San Francisco Chronicle ran one of our photos in the Home & Garden section of the Sunday, September 23, 2012 edition. The article features the design work of April Gruber the property owner and designer for the project.  You can read the article on SFGATE. Our connection to this project was through David Thorne Landscape Architect who hired us to photograph the landscape design work.
Here’s an image we captured while on a photo shoot in Tiburon for Studio Green. John Merton of Studio Green wanted to capture with pool, and the glass fence with the city of San Francisco in the background. We decided the best way to capture this would be to work at dusk so that we could show off the pool and garden with the lights. We also created several panoramas to capture more of the yard, you can view one of those panoramas here.
This project which we photographed for Essex Property Trust and Christiani Johnson Architects is being featured on the Residential Showcase of the Architectural Record website. This is a 171 unit mixed use multi-family project. We’ve put up a gallery of additional images that show both exterior in interior photos we captured.
